O'Sung Towing & Recovery

We keep a car here on island and had not driven it in three months. It was dead when we went to go drive it yesterday. I suspected the battery. We called AAA who sent David from O’Sung Towing through AAA. David diagnosed that the battery was bad with a load tester and replaced the battery with one he had in the truck. From the time we made the phone call to AAA to the time we had a new battery was barely 30 minutes and the battery was about $50 cheaper than O’Reilly with a better warranty. David was super helpful, met us in the garage , cleaned up after himself and explained the whole process. Highly recommend O’Sung Towing

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There are people who do their job, and then there are people like Matt. After spending FOUR frustrating hours on the phone with my rental car company and AAA, getting bounced around and feeling completely defeated, I finally connected with O’Sung Towing. That’s when Matt stepped in and changed the entire day. Not only did he help solve my problem, but he went completely out of his way to bring me a spare key and make sure I was taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help were unlike anything I’ve experienced in a long time. In a world where so many people seem to do the bare minimum, Matt reminded me that there are still good humans who truly care. What could have been a terrible memory became one I’ll never forget because of his generosity and compassion. Matt didn’t just get me back on the road—he restored my faith in humanity. If O’Sung Towing is lucky enough to have Matt on their team, then their customers are lucky too. Thank you, Matt. You made a bigger difference than you probably realize.

Amazing service from the technician Frances. He arrived from AAA, called ahead and confirmed location and arrived quickly! My keys were in my car while it was running. Frances quickly was able to unlock the front door. It was under 2 minutes. Friendly and courteous. excellent service from Frances! Mahalo

Needed a tow for my Tesla since there no spare tire. O’Sung sent out a flatbed tow truck since my car is Awd and my car was treated with absolute ‘white glove’ service and care. Highly recommend.

O' Sung Towing & Recovery provided an excellent experience. The dispatcher was always available to answer the phone, and while I was briefly placed on hold, I appreciated that they were responsive. They were also very kind, answering all my questions and giving me realistic expectations about the driver's arrival time. When the driver arrived, he was extremely professional and friendly, hooking up my car with ease. He even went the extra mile by offering to drop me off at the maintenance shop. I highly recommend this business for all your towing needs!
